это перетянутый, вот из описания:
Steering wheel was re-wrapped with new black leather ( 2 different leather - on the top and below - plain leather and at the sides - perforated leather) and with 3-color M-Stitching and it was not installed in a car after being re-covered again.
In addition the wheel was upholstered on - it is approx. 0,08 inch thicker than standart wheel.
Standart wheel (my other items) has approx. 1,28 inch thickness
This wheel has 1,36 inch thickness.
и, по-моему, перетянут ОЧЕНЬ аккуратно. есть фотография оригинала с трёхцветной ниткой, сзади, чтобы сравнить?
